Delete your Henerals account

Account and data deletion

Request deletion by email

You can request deletion of your Henerals account and associated data without installing the app or signing in here.

Email a deletion request

Send to hello@henerals.com with the subject Henerals account deletion request. Use the email address associated with your account and include your Henerals username, if you know it. If the button does not open your email app, copy the address into your email service.

If you cannot access that email address, contact us and explain the access problem. We need to verify ownership before deleting an account. Never send a password, sign-in code or recovery code.

We review requests as soon as we reasonably can, confirm any steps needed to verify ownership and let you know when deletion is complete or why more review is needed. Sending an email starts a request; it does not immediately delete the account. You do not need to reinstall Henerals to make the request.

Delete from the app

  1. Finish any active match. In Henerals, open You, then Profile.
  2. If you want a copy first, choose Your game data to export the available account data.
  3. Choose Delete account. Sign in again if asked, then type DELETE and confirm.

Deletion is permanent. Uninstalling the app or signing out does not delete your account. Deleting Henerals does not delete your Apple, Google, Discord or other sign-in provider account.

If you use Sign in with Apple

If you sign in with Apple, our game server may keep an encrypted Apple sign-in token for your account, only so that we can ask Apple to disconnect Henerals from your Apple Account when your Henerals account is deleted, whether you delete it in the app or by email. We ask Apple straight away, retry for up to about 30 days if Apple cannot be reached, and then remove the token.

If we hold no such token for your account, for example because you last signed in with Apple before 25 September 2026 or we could not reach Apple at the time, you can disconnect Henerals yourself: on an iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, find Sign in with Apple, choose Henerals and stop using it. Apple gives these steps and those for other devices at support.apple.com/102571. Doing this does not delete your Henerals account.

What is removed

Account deletion removes your Henerals sign-in account, profile and uploaded avatar, the Apple sign-in token we hold (after Apple is asked to revoke it), cloud formations, account settings, cosmetic choices, ratings, experience, friend relationships, invitations and push registrations. Linked support cases, messages, internal notes and delivery records are removed from the game database.

What can remain

Completed match results remain for opponents with your account link removed. Support audit action records remain with case details redacted; separate safety and security records may also remain. Operator accounts need a deletion review to preserve audit authorship.

Deleting an account does not recall sent email or erase copies held by recipients or the email provider. Service logs and backups have separate retention, and we do not promise immediate erasure or a fixed retention period for those copies. Device-only guest settings and practice data may remain until you clear app or browser storage.

See the privacy policy’s retention and request details. For a request about specific data without closing your account, email us and describe what you want removed; we will explain what can be deleted and what needs to remain.
